We purchased a cottage at Coutnac Beach in 1968 and experienced many enjoyable years there. During the last few years the extra work required keeping up two places became increasingly difficult. You approached us a couple of times and we said we were giving some thought of selling. You called again this April and we asked you to do some research to determine the value. The weather was bad and we did not get up until late May. You advised us you may have someone who was interested so we decided to list with you on June 3rd and left for the city. That evening we received an offer by email and decided to accept the offer. We returned the accepted offer to you the same evening. We agreed to the purchaser's request for an early closing date of June 21st 2013.

Then you went to work getting the septic and well documentation, testing the well water and many additional requirements. You also recommended a lawyer in the area. The sale closed without problem on June 21st, eighteen days after we had listed. You handled the transaction in an open and professional manner. You were 100% true to your words in every all areas of our transaction and you exceeded our expectations completely.
