This afforded me the luxury of not having to make the two hour plus trip each way in the majority of circumstances while the property sat empty. Your prompt availability by phone or email added tremendous comfort to the entire process.

You managed to very deftly negotiate the transaction itself while simultaneously handling my lack of familiarity with real estate in general and with this area in particular. You constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. Your patience, expertise and professionalism made all the difference Don!
